  • 1 A dollop of fresh cream
  • 1.50 A dollop of mayo
  • 2 2 3 drops of honey
  • As required D). Cherry tomatoes drizzle
  • 1/2 olive oil: few drops
  • 1 teaspoon Flaxseed: 1
  • 1.50 tablespoon garlic crushed: 1
  • 2 Whole Cherry tomatoes: 5 6
  • 2.50 Chopped Cherry tomatoes: 5 6
  • 3 Mixed dried herbs: rosemary, parsley, thyme
  • 3.50 Salt, pepper
  • 4 Balsamic vinegar: 2 3 drops
  • As required E). Cajun and Chipotle Sauce for Top
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mayo: 3
  • 1 teaspoon Red paprika powder: 1/4
  • 1.50 teaspoon garlic powder: 1/4
  • 2 teaspoon Dried mix herbs: 1
  • 2.50 Chipotle chilli caned: as per spice tolerance
  • 3 tablespoon Greek yogurt : 1
  • 3.50 flakes chilli 1/2 tsp
  • 4 As required Salt
  • As required F). DUCHESS potato peak
  • 1/2 cup Mashed potato
  • 1 tablespoon cream Cheese: 1
  • 1.50 tablespoon Milk: 1
  • 2 Salt, pepper
  • 2.50 oil for greasing
