STEP 1.in a bowl take diced chicken breast, peas, diced carrots, red pepper, cilantro, onions, lime juice salt, cayenne and mayo.

STEP 1. peel and cut the potatoes in halves.

STEP 1.boil them in salt water on medium to high heat.
