Ingredients for Cauliflower Yellow Curry Stir Fry Recipe

  • As required For Cauliflower yellow curry stir fry
  • 350 gram cauliflower florets
  • 1 pinch tsp fish sauce or salt
  • 0.67 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon yellow curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1.50 tablespoon palm sugar
  • dash A fish sauce or soy sauce as needed
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • As required Chopped cilantro for garnish, optional
  • As required Fried shallots

Directions: Cauliflower Yellow Curry Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a frying pan, add enough oil to coat bottom and turn the flame to medium-high. Add cauliflower and sprinkle on some fish sauce or salt onto it and toss it well.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add half the coconut milk and let it boil on medium-high heat. Stir in the curry paste and paprika then add the coconut milk till the mixture becomes thick and oil starts separating from the paste.

  • STEP 1.Add in some palm sugar along with onions and stir it well. Add the cauliflower and give it a nice mix. Sprinkle some water on top and toss the vegetable. Add in some chopped tomatoes along with the fish sauce and once cooked give it a nice mix.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Plate and prime with some cooked shallots if you want, and serve with shrub rice and luxuriate in it.
