  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 No.s Finely chopped cauliflower
  • 1 No.s Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Urad dal
  • 2 No.s Dry red chilli
  • As required Curry leaves a few
  • 1/4 cup Grated coconut
  • 3 Chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder

How to Make Cauliflower Thoran Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Add into a pan 2 tbsp of oil and ½ tsp of mustard seeds.

STEP 01

When the mustard seeds splutter add in 1 tsp of urad dal, 2 dry chilly and a few curry leaves.

STEP 01

Saute till the dal becomes brown.

STEP 01

Now add 1 finely chopped onion and a pinch of salt to taste. Saute till the onion turns pale brown.

STEP 01

Add ¼ sp turmeric powder and 1 finely chopped cauliflower.

step 6

STEP 01

Finally add ¼ cup of grated coconut, 1 tsp chilly powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and 3 chopped garlics.continue to stir cook for another 5 minutes and our dish is ready.
