  • 1 cup Cauliflower grated
  • as required Onion
  • as required Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 cup Wheat dough

Directions: Cauliflower Prantha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl. Add grated cauliflower, spices and onion and mix well
  • STEP 2.Take a aata dough and roll it using rolling pin
  • STEP 3.Add some cauliflower mixture and close the dough
  • STEP 4.Roll the dough
  • STEP 5.Heat a tawa and add Parantha on it
  • STEP 6.Add ghee on it
  • STEP 7.After 1 min flip off. Crisp Parantha on both sides
  • STEP 8.Serve hot
