Ingredients for Cauliflower pakoda Recipe

  • 1 cup cauliflower rufffly chopped
  • 2 gram Flour
  • 1.50 tbsp Semolina
  • 0.13 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp aajwaine
  • 1/2 nos green chilli finnly chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriender leavs finnly chopped
  • 1/4 inch grated ginger
  • As required Taste to salt
  • As required According to oil

Directions: Cauliflower Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, we will make gram flour batter. For that, add gram flour and rice flour in a bowl, then put all the ingredients in it and make a thick batter by adding water.
  • STEP 2.The batter should not be too thick or thin. Now heat the oil in a pan. Now apply gram flour batter on all the cauliflower one by one and fry them one by one on medium flame.
  • STEP 3.Now our cauliflower fritters are ready. We can serve it hot with sauce or chutney
