  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cream
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Start by blanching the cauliflower florets in boiling water for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook the mixture until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 4.Add the blanched cauliflower florets to the pan and mix well with the masala. Cook for a few minutes until the florets are coated with the masala.
  • STEP 5.Finally, add cream and garam masala to the dish. Mix well and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • Blanching the cauliflower florets helps in retaining their texture and color.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • For a vegan version, you can substitute cream with coconut milk or cashew cream.
