  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/2 red chilli sauce
  • 0.13 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 0.06 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 pinch Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 3/4-1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.13 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup corn flour and 2 tbsp of cornflour kept seperately
  • 1/4 onion cut into large cubes
  • 1/4 capsicum cut into large cubes
  • 1-1.50 piece garlic cut into small pieces
  • inch Quater ginger cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 green chillies slitted
  • As required Refined oil for frying
  • As required Water
  • As required spring onion for garnishing
