  • 1/4 medium size cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3/4-1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/2 green cardamoms
  • 1 Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1/4 Ginger
  • 3/4-1 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 Tomato
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kasuri methi . crushed
  • 3 cup Yoghurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ghee
  • As required coriander leaves to garnish
