  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and turmeric powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.In a bowl, whisk yogurt with besan (gram flour) and water. Add this mixture to the pan.
  • STEP 6.Add salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
