Ingredients for Cauliflower fried rice Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Refined oil
  • 1/2 Pieces Medium size onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
  • 0.13 cup Finely chopped carrots
  • 0.13 cup French beans
  • 0.13 cup Green peas
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 g eg
  • 1 cups Grated cauliflower
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat up oil.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onion and saute for a minute in medium heat.
  • STEP 3.Add the minced garlic and ginger paste cook for 10-15 seconds.
  • STEP 4.Add the chopped vegetables and cook until soft.
  • STEP 5.Add salt to taste , soya sauce.
  • STEP 6.Then egg and scramble it .
  • STEP 7.Add cauliflower, cook for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Next add black pepper powder give a mix.
  • STEP 9.Turn off the heat and add lemon juice and give a final mix .
  • STEP 10.Cauliflower fried rice is ready.
