How to Make Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe

step 1


Place 200 gm cauliflower florets cut into bite size pieces in a food processor and process till fine.

In a wok heat 1 tbsp oil on high heat , add 2 cloves finely chopped garlic ,½ finely chopped green pepper, coarse black pepper to taste and stir fry for 10 seconds.

Add the cauliflower from the food processor and stir fry for 2 minutes. Then add 200 gm cooked rice, 1 tbsp light soy sauce and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Break up any lumps of rice.

Add a little sesame oil and give it a nice stir. Transfer to a serving dish.
