Ingredients for Cauliflower Cheese Soup Recipe

  • 0.67 cup Chicken stock hopefully, your frozen homemade broth
  • 0.33 Potatoes diced
  • 0.17 Onion chopped
  • 0.33 Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 0.08 A large head of cauliflower chopped
  • 0.08 teaspoon 1a salt needed with homemade stock, not so much with canned, so be sure to taste
  • 1/25 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1/25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.08 cup 1a grated sharp cheddar cheese medium will work, but sharp has the best flavor
  • 0.17 cup Milk
  • As required Chives dill or parsley for garnishing
