Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add cauliflower florets and capsicum slices. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cover the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
