  • 1/4 Medium Sized Cauliflower, Cut Into Florets
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 0.13 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1.13 En Chilies
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 1.13 Ves Of Garlic
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 Onion, Sliced
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and vinegar to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the cauliflower florets with the green masala paste and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions and marinated cauliflower.
  • STEP 4.Cook on medium heat until the cauliflower is cooked through and slightly crispy.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
