  • 1/4 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Nos garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 Cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 Nos onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 Cup Broccoli florets
  • To Taste salt
  • As required Mixed herbs.
  • 0.63 Tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 0.06 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Tsp coarsely-ground black pepper

How to Make Cauliflower Broccoli Gratin Recipe

Cooking Directions for Cauliflower Broccoli Gratin

STEP 01

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add garlic and saute it.

STEP 02

Add onion and saute until onions are soft.

STEP 03

Add 2cups cauliflower, 1 cup broccoli, salt to taste and 1 tsp mixed herbs. Stir fry the florets until cooked but firm.

STEP 04

Sprinkle some water, cover the lid and cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the flame.

STEP 05

Heat another pan and add 2.5 tbsp corn flour, 2 cups milk, 0.25 cup water, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1 tsp coarsely crushed black pepper and salt to taste.

STEP 06

Stir well until all the ingredients are mixed well and the sauce thickens.

STEP 07

Now pour the sauce on the roasted veggies. Sprinkle some cheese on top.

STEP 08

Cauliflower broccoli gratin is ready.
