How to Make Cauliflower Recipe

STEP 01

add oil in a pan and heat it

STEP 02

add cumin seeds and sauté it for 20-30 second Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till they slightly change colour. Now add dry spices i.e salt,turmeric powder, chilli powder,garam masala mix it well and saute for next 1 minute Now add cauliflower and mix gently so that masala has coated well. Add few drops of water so that it can cook well. Now cook it for next 10-15 minute. Now transfer gobi in a bowl and serve with poori,roti parantha.
