Ingredients for cauliflower Recipe

  • As Required Cauliflower
  • 0.33 tsp musturd oil
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.17 tsp Chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Directions: Cauliflower Recipe

  • STEP 1.add oil in a pan and heat it
  • STEP 2.add cumin seeds and sauté it for 20-30 second Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till they slightly change colour. Now add dry spices i.e salt,turmeric powder, chilli powder,garam masala mix it well and saute for next 1 minute Now add cauliflower and mix gently so that masala has coated well. Add few drops of water so that it can cook well. Now cook it for next 10-15 minute. Now transfer gobi in a bowl and serve with poori,roti parantha.
