An easy and delicious stuffed clams and shrimp recipe. The dish is just some fried vegetables in a portuguese wok. The stir-fried vegetables are easy and yummy at the same time.
STEP 1.Heat a pan and add some oil, add the shrimp heads and shells. Cook until brown. Now add onions, garlic, bay leaves, and saffron.

STEP 1.Add butter and tomato paste after a few minutes. Add water and simmer for 40 minutes. After that keep aside.

STEP 1.Soak the clam. Heat some olive oil in a pan and add sausage, prosciutto and cook. after 6 minutes add onions and peppers and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add garlic, saffron, paprika, tomatoes and wine. cook for another 20 minutes.

STEP 1.Bring a boil if needed. Then add cream and garnish with fresh parsley.
