  • STEP 1.In a bowl, crumble the paneer and add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Take a small portion of the paneer mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a cashew nut in the center and shape the mixture into a ball, ensuring the cashew nut is completely covered.
  • STEP 3.Repeat the process with the remaining paneer mixture and cashew nuts.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the paneer balls into the oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Remove the fried paneer balls from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
