STEP 1.First of all we soak cashew nuts in water for 20 m. Will keep it for. Then prepare a thin paste with water in the mixer.
STEP 2.Now heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds and fry them. When it crackles, we will put asafoetida in it. Now add curry leaves, red chillies, green chillies, tomatoes and ginger and fry them.
STEP 3.Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder to it and then fry it. Also add some water and cook the tomatoes. Now add cashew milk to it.
STEP 4.After adding cashew milk, fry it well for some time. When the oil starts coming out of it, add water and cook it for some time.
STEP 5.Now add tamarind water and salt to it for 2-3 m. Will cook more.
STEP 6.Now cashew curry is ready.
