STEP 9.While the baklava is baking, prepare the syrup by combining honey, lemon juice, and rose water in a saucepan.
STEP 10.Simmer the syrup over low heat for 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool.
STEP 11.Once the baklava is baked, remove it from the oven and immediately pour the cooled syrup over it.
STEP 12.Allow the baklava to cool completely before serving.
