How to Make Carrot Thoran Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

In a pan heat coconut oil and add ½ tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves and 2 dry red chillies.

STEP 01

Add grated carrots, ½ tsp turmeric powder, a pinch of salt, 2 chopped green chillies and mix well.

step 3

STEP 01

Cook on a low flame for around 5 minutes with a lid.

STEP 01

Add grated coconut and again cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.
