Ingredients for Carrot & sweet potato soup. Recipe

  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Black salt
  • 1.25 cup 2 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1/4 g reen chilli chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 0.13 tsp Coriander seeds

Directions: Carrot & Sweet Potato Soup. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat nonstick sauce pan.
  • STEP 2.In slow flame add cumin coriander green chilli and ginger . roast in low flame for 1 min.
  • STEP 3.Now add carrot and sweet potato washed and peeled and chopped in cubes.
  • STEP 4.Now add water and cover with lid.
  • STEP 5.Cook on low to medium flame till vegetable are cooked.
  • STEP 6.After vegetables are cooked let it cool.
  • STEP 7.Now take few boiled sweet potato slices and keep aside.
  • STEP 8.When everything is cool . Bland with blander or mixi jar..
  • STEP 9.Add salt or black salt to taste.
  • STEP 10.Bland it and take it in pan ..let it heat slitly .befor serve.
  • STEP 11.Now another side.. roast few boiled sweet potato slices on tava.. add Black salt and roasted cumin and roast together.
  • STEP 12.This sweet potato ready to garnish on soup.
  • STEP 13.Healthy soup is ready to serve
