Ingredients for Carrot potato curry Recipe

  • 62.50 gram Carrot
  • 1 Pieces Potatoes
  • 1/2 g reen chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp aram masala la
  • 1/4 tsp amchoor powder
  • 0.13 tsp Jeera seeds
  • 1/4 Cups Tomato puree

Directions: Carrot Potato Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.First wash potato and carrots. Peel and cut the potatoes and carrot.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a kadai add hing and cumin seeds when splutters add tomato puree,,haldi,coriander powder and cook it.
  • STEP 3.Now add carrot and potatoes and mix well,cover and cook till soft the both veggies.
  • STEP 4.After soft the both then add garam masala, amchur,red chilli powder and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with chapati.
