- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 10 piece Coconut small
- 7-8 Cashew nuts
- 15-20 Raisins
- 1 Carrot bowl
- 2 milliliter nd Extracted coconut milk 250
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cardamom powder

How to Make Carrot Payasam Recipe
Roast oats for a min in a pan.
Add 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast coconut.
Using the same ghee roast cashews and raisins for 2 mins.
1.add ghee in a pan and fry grated carrot for a min or two.
2.then add coconut milk and stir.
3. Now add roasted oats and boil for 5 mins on low flame.
4.then add sugar and cardamom powder
5.boil for 2 mins.
6.add roasted coconuts and mix it.
7.add 1st extracted coconut milk
