Ingredients for Carrot Payasam Recipe

  • 75 gram Oats
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 10 piece Coconut small
  • 7-8 Cashew nuts
  • 15-20 Raisins
  • 1 Carrot bowl
  • 2 milliliter nd Extracted coconut milk 250
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cardamom powder

Directions: Carrot Payasam Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Roast oats for a min in a pan.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Add 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast coconut.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Using the same ghee roast cashews and raisins for 2 mins.

  • STEP 4.1.add ghee in a pan and fry grated carrot for a min or two.

step 6

  • STEP 5.2.then add coconut milk and stir.

step 7

  • STEP 6.3. Now add roasted oats and boil for 5 mins on low flame.

step 8

  • STEP 7.4.then add sugar and cardamom powder

step 9

  • STEP 8.5.boil for 2 mins.

step 10

  • STEP 9.6.add roasted coconuts and mix it.

step 11

  • STEP 10.7.add 1st extracted coconut milk
