Ingredients for Carrot Methi Sabji Recipe

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 4 No.s Carrot medium, chopped
  • 350 gram Methi chopped
  • 1 No.s Onion Chopped
  • 3 Garlic minced cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green chilli ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • As required Salt

How to Make Carrot Methi Sabji Recipe

  • -1)in a pan add 2 tbsp oil, when hot add 1 chopped onion and saute till the onion is light brown.
  • -2)then add ½ tsp green chilli ginger paste and 3 minced cloves of garlic. Statue till the raw smell of the ginger garlic goes.
  • -3)next add 4 medium size carrots chopped and 350 gms chopped methi leaves.mix well to combine all the ingredients in the pan.
  • -4)then add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt and mix. Cover and cook on low heat till the carrots are soft.
  • -5)when the carrots are cooked, add 1 tbsp coriander- cumin powder and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix well and turn off the heat.
  • -6)carrot methi subzi is ready. Serve hot with roti.
