Ingredients for Carrot ladu Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Grated gajar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 As Required Cardamom
  • 3/4 Tsp Oil

Directions: Carrot Ladu Recipe

  • STEP 1.👉Put a pan in gas put oil in it then add grated gajar and stir it for15 min at low flame.
  • STEP 2.👉Then add milk and again stir continously for 15 min then add sugar and mix properly.
  • STEP 3.👉Cover it and cook at low flame for few more min.
  • STEP 4.👉Then take it out in a plate after it cool down make ladu shape and decorate it with leaves.
