Ingredients for Carrot kheer #BSK Recipe

  • 125 g m carrot
  • 1/4 Litre Ml milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup cashew
  • 1 Cups Water as required to boil carrot
  • As Required Pistachio chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp Orange food color ( optional)

Directions: Carrot Kheer #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.In a pressure cooker take water cashew and carrot and boil until cashew and carrot become soft.switch off the flame and cool down completely.
  • STEP 2.2.put the boiled cashew and carrot in a blender and make a coarse paste.
  • STEP 3.3.Take the milk and bring it to boil.Add sugar and cook it until sugar melts.
  • STEP 4.Add the carrot and cashew paste and stir it and cook until the milk thickens.Add the food color and mix it nicely.
  • STEP 5.4.switch off the flame and let it cool down and serve the tasty carrot kheer with pistachio garnishing.
