How to Make Carrot Kheer #bsk Recipe
STEP 01
1.In a pressure cooker take water cashew and carrot and boil until cashew and carrot become soft.switch off the flame and cool down completely.
STEP 02
2.put the boiled cashew and carrot in a blender and make a coarse paste.
STEP 03
3.Take the milk and bring it to boil.Add sugar and cook it until sugar melts.
STEP 04
Add the carrot and cashew paste and stir it and cook until the milk thickens.Add the food color and mix it nicely.
STEP 05
4.switch off the flame and let it cool down and serve the tasty carrot kheer with pistachio garnishing.
