  • 1.50 Cups Carrot grated
  • 1.50 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1.50 Cups Milk
  • 1 Tsp Cashew nuts chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 Tbsp hee
  • 1 Tbsp Khoya grated
  • 1 Tsp water
  • 1/2 Tsp Flour
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Carrot juice

  • STEP 1.Take one pan and boil milk in it
  • STEP 2.Let it boil till became half
  • STEP 3.Now take a another pan add grated carrots and cook on medium heat till carrots start sweating
  • STEP 4.Add ghee suger milk and cook till all the moisture evaporate
  • STEP 5.Then add milkmaid chopped cashew cardamon powder and mix it well
  • STEP 6.After that switch off the gas and 10 mins refrigerate it
  • STEP 7.Now water, flour, oil and carrot juice mix all together to form a thik batter
  • STEP 8.In a onstick pan pour in a small amount of batter in low flame and tuiles are done
  • STEP 9.Now lastly garnish the carrot halwa with beautiful tuiles.
