  • 100 nos Carrot grm
  • 1/5 cup Ghee
  • 1/5 cup Sugar
  • 0.40 tbsp milk powder
  • 0.40 nos Green cardamom pcs
  • 1/20 cup cashew nuts and raisins
  • 20 nos Khoya grm
  • 1/5 cup Milk

Directions: Carrot Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.grate the carrot and heat ghee in a pan and fry it well.
  • STEP 2.add milk and boil till the carrot is soft and moist
  • STEP 3.add sugar and khoya mix well.
  • STEP 4.mix nuts and raisins and serve
  • STEP 5.I like to have it hot
