STEP 1.First, wash and peel the carrots and beets well.
STEP 2.Heat the ghee in a pan and roast the grated carrot and beet for 2 minutes. Now add milk and keep stirring till the milk starts to boil. Add milk cream and milk powder to it. Add dry fruits and sugar and keep stirring until the sugar water burns completely and the ghee separates.
STEP 3.Carrot halwa is ready garnished with dry fruits. Serve cold or warm.
