Ingredients for Carrot gulab jamun terrine Recipe

  • 0.13 kg Carrot (finely grated )
  • 37.50 gm Mawa
  • 0.13 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp 2-3 tbsp
  • 1/2 tbsp 2-3 tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • As Required Some chopped nuts Cashews
  • As Required Almonds
  • As Required Kishmish
  • As Required Chirongi
  • As Required Pista Flakes

Directions: Carrot Gulab Jamun Terrine Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a micro safe bowl add grated carrots and fresh malai, cook for 5 mins ,After 5 mins Stir and again keep in microwave for another 5 mins.
  • STEP 2.Then add mawa and cook for 5 mins.Add sugar, cook for 5 mins .
  • STEP 3.Add ghee , cardamom powder and nuts.mux well n cook for 5 mins.
  • STEP 4.Carrot halwa is ready.
  • STEP 5.Now for making carrot gulab jamun terrine, Let the halwa cool completely.
  • STEP 6.Take a mould , fill half with halwa place gulab jamun.and again fill with carrot halwa, Press gently to make it even.
  • STEP 7.Keep in refrigerator to set completely.Then cut it into slices n serve.
  • STEP 8.Delicious carrot gulab jamun terrine is ready.
