  • 0.03 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1/10 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/20 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 0.03 cup Vinegar

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into thin, long strips.
  • STEP 2.Slit the green chillies lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and asafoetida. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 4.Add the carrot strips and green chillies to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until they soften slightly.
  • STEP 5.In a separate bowl, mix together salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and vinegar.
  • STEP 6.Add this mixture to the pan and cook for a few more minutes.
