Ingredients for Carrot Chutney Recipe

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Inches Fresh ginger thinly sliced
  • 2 Pieces Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped green chiles
  • 1 Cup Grated carrots
  • 1 Pieces Medium tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp Roasted peanuts
  • A pinch Asafoetida
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
  • A pinch Salt

Directions: Carrot Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.In 1tsp oil sauté ginger, garlic, green chilli, carrot and salt.
  • STEP 2.Shift the mixture in a plate to cool and in the same pan, sauté diced tomato (deseeded).
  • STEP 3.Grind all the above ingredients and serve.
