Ingredients for Carrot Banana Eggless Cake Recipe

  • 0.15 Cup Maida
  • 1/20 Cup Sugar
  • 1/5 Pieces Carrot
  • 0.40 Pieces Banana
  • 1/5 Tsp Honey
  • 1/20 Cup Unsalted melted butter
  • 1/20 Cup Curd
  • 1/20 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1/10 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1/20 Tsp spoon of cinamon powder

Directions: Carrot Banana Eggless Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixture grinder take 4 small sized ripe bananas and 1/2 cup sugar, grind well into a smooth paste. Add grated carrot ( 2 medium sized carrot) with 1/2 cup curd and 2 spoons honey , grind together. Again add 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter into a smooth paste with 1/2 spoon roasted cinamon powder. Now add 1 1/2 Cup of Maida , 1/2 spoon baking soda, 1 spoon baking powder . Again grind together into a semi thick batter.To adjust the thickness you can use whey of the curd . Now the batter is ready.
  • STEP 2.Grease the baking tray with butter and sprinkle some maida over the tray . You can use butter paper also. Bake the cake in 200 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree.
