  • 2 crap fish
  • 2 banana melon
  • As required Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required Cooking Oil
  • 4 tablespoon green chili paste
  • 2 tablespoon cumin paste
  • 1 Onion

Directions: Carp Fish And Banana Melon Recipe

  • STEP 1.Start by brushing the shell of the fish and wash it thoroughly. Then cut them into moderate pieces.

  • STEP 2.Coat them with ½ tbsp salt and ½ tbsp turmeric powder. And let it sit for 10-15mins.

  • STEP 3.Meanwhile, chop the onions and dice the banana melon.

  • STEP 4.After 15mins take a kadai and heat the right amount of oil to fry the fishes.

  • STEP 5.Deep fry them till golden brown.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Now in the same kadai add the chopped onion, let it caramelize.

step 7

  • STEP 7.Now add the green chili paste and cumin paste and saute them

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add the 1tbsp turmeric powder and salt to taste.

  • STEP 9.Now add the banana melon and 2 cups more water.

step 10

  • STEP 10.Once the water comes to boil add the fried fish and cover it.

step 11

  • STEP 11.Keep stirring it occasionally.
