All you need is combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, and lemon juice in a bowl; whisk until mixture is thick and smooth. Add another layer of biscuits and milk. Continue the layering, ending with a layer of the milk mixture. A delicious lemon icebox cake trifle.

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 Juice of key limes or 5 limes
  • 2 packages Maria cookies

Directions: Carlota De Limon Recipe

  • STEP 1.Ice the limes and set aside.

step 2

  • STEP 1.To a blender add evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice.

step 3

  • STEP 1.In a plate add lime mixture,and add a layer of maria cookies.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Add some more lime mixture.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Cover and refrigerate for 5 hours.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Serve with lime zest and slices.
