- 1/4 Medium ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 0.08 cup Reduced fat sour cream
- 0.06 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 can Unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/4 Medium mango, peeled and cubed
