  • 1/4 Medium ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 0.08 cup Reduced fat sour cream
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 can Unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/4 Medium mango, peeled and cubed
