Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan, heat milk, cream, sugar, and crushed cardamom pods.
  • STEP 2.Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Remove the cardamom pods and stir in the gelatin until dissolved.
  • STEP 4.Pour the mixture into ramekins or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
