Caramelised Rum-Glazed Pork Ribs are tender and sticky ribs with a sweet and savory glaze. The pork ribs are marinated in a mixture of rum, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and spices, which infuses them with rich flavors. They are then roasted in the oven until caramelized and fall-off-the-bone tender. These ribs are perfect for a barbecue or a casual dinner with friends and family. Serve them with coleslaw and cornbread for a complete meal.

  • If desired, finish the ribs on a hot grill for a smoky charred flavor.

Storage and Serving

  • Leftover ribs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat the ribs in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
  • Serve the reheated ribs with additional glaze and garnish with chopped fresh herbs.
