Heat ghee in a pan. Add in 3 tsp each of cashew nuts and raisins. Keep it aside for garnishing.
In the same pan roast 1 cup of vermicelli and roast it till golden brown color. Heat a vessel on the stove. Pour in 3 cups of milk and bring it to boil.
Transfer the boiled milk to roasted vermicelli. Cook with a lid on a vessel for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
In a separate pan caramelize 1 tbsp of sugar. Pour in ¼ cup of water with caramelized sugar to get caramel solution.Keep it aside to cool.
Add ¾ cup of condensed milk into the cooked vermicelli. Mix well the components. Add a pinch of salt and ¼ tsp of cardamom powder.
Serve into a dessert bowl and garnish with roasted dry fruits.
