Cut the bread into small cubes. heat kadai in medium flame and roast the bread cubes.

heat a kadai in medium flame, add 3tsp sugar and 3tsp water. Let the sugar melt and caramelize. Add a pinch of salt, 3tsp butter and 3tsp milk. Stir it. Turn off the flame.
