STEP 1.Cut the bread into small cubes. Heat a kadai on a medium flame and fry the bread cubes.
STEP 1.Heat a kadai on medium flame and add 3 tsp sugar and 3 tsp water. Let the sugar melt and caramelise. Add a pinch of salt, 3 tsp butter and 3tsp milk. Stir it. Turn off the flame.
STEP 1.Add the bread cubes and mix well. Let it cool down. Caramel bread cubes are ready to be served.
