A very quick delicious dish prepared from capsicum,sesame seeds & groundnut . Capsicum stir fry is a quick recipe, which involves frying capsicum with onion and sprinkling over with spices and peanut powder. Besides peanut powder, using sesame seeds and Channa dal powder, enriches the taste of the recipe.This crunchy capsicum stir fry goes well as a side dish for roti or rice. After my first experiment with this curry, it became my favourite recipe. It also goes well as side dish with sambar or rasam.

  • 1/2 kilogram green capsicum
  • 1 big spoon ghee
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoon gram flour
  • As required One fist full groundnut
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

How to Make Capsicum, Sesame, Peanut Ki Sabzi Recipe

STEP 01

Wash capsicum,remove seeds and chop it.

STEP 02

Roast groundnut & sesame seeds separately and grind into a powder.

STEP 03

Add ghee in a kadai and heat it. add cumin seeds, grinded sesame powder & groundnut powder.

STEP 04

Mix and roast for a minute. Saute for a in and add salt as per taste. Cover and cook at low flame. Now in a pan add 1 tsp ghee add gram flour and roast it.

STEP 05

Then add fine sugar powder and cook it until color changes. Only if the capsicum is cooked well then add the roasted gram flour mixture. Mix well and cook for a minute.
