  • STEP 1.In a bowl, soak rice and lentils overnight. Grind them into a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Add salt and allow the batter to ferment for 6-8 hours.
  • STEP 3.Heat a non-stick pan and place capsicum rings on it. Pour the batter into the rings.
  • STEP 4.Cook on medium heat until the edges turn golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
