  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped capsicum and cook until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mix besan with water to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 5.Add the besan paste to the pan and mix well with the capsicum.
  • STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Cook the mixture on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
