My dish is Canapes Pav Bhaji which is very tasty street food n is very easy to make at home and I presented it like Canapes Style. in our locality Pav Bhaji is very popular so I decided to make it with a twist in this recipe to enhance the taste, here I added soya bean paste along with others ingredients. and the Outcome is mind blowing.. #Assam

Ingredients for Canapes Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Ashirvad atta
  • 1/2 tsp dry yeast
  • As required pinch of salt
  • As required Pinch Of Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup Warm Water
  • As required Half cup chopped onion
  • As required hslf cup chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1.50 tsp chopped capsicum
  • 1.50 tsp chopped carrot
  • 1 tsp chopped beans
  • 1/2 nos medium size chopped potato
  • 1 tsp soya bean paste
  • 1/2 nos ctdp chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required Pinch Of Sugar
  • As required Half tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Warm Water
  • 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • As required Onion rings
  • As required Cheese slices
  • As required Coriander leaves

Directions: Canapes Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl pour all the Ingredients together except water..
  • STEP 2.Mix it well n now Gradually add water n make a soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Now cover the bowl with lid n rest for 4 to 5 hrs or until Fermented..
  • STEP 4.now knead for another 2mins
  • STEP 5.Take a small amount of dough n give it a shape of ping pong ball
  • STEP 6.make all n rest for 30 mins.
  • STEP 7.preheat the oven for 5mins, n Bake for 10 to 15 mins on 160 degree celcius..
  • STEP 8.Take a pan heat 3vtsp butter n cooking oil, now add onion, tomato n ginger garlic paste, cook for 5mins..
  • STEP 9.now add all the veggies, soya bean paste n spices except water n coriander leaves.
  • STEP 10.mix it well n cook for 2mins..
  • STEP 11.now add water n cook until soft
  • STEP 12.finally add coriander leaves n combined it well..
  • STEP 13.keep aside..
  • STEP 14.Take a pav n cut it with the help of cutter..
  • STEP 15.Take a pan add butter n shallow fry the pav..
  • STEP 16.Take a serving plate add one piece of pav then add Bhaji on the top n garnish with onion rings Cheese n coriander leaves..
  • STEP 17.Canapes Pav Bhaji is ready to serve
  • STEP 18.total Time: 60 secs
  • STEP 19.serve for 2 persons.
