Ingredients for Cameroonian Soya Recipe

  • 1/2 kilogram Beef
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 inch ginger grated
  • 4 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 small stock cube: Maggi
  • 0.12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.12 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak skewers in water for 30 mins . In a bowl add in all the ingredients except for beef to make the marinade

step 2

  • STEP 1.Cut beef into bite size chunks . Marinate the meat pieces with the marinade and keep it aside for 30 mins

step 3

  • STEP 1. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees fahrenheit . Place the meat on sweker.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Line the baking tray with the aluminium foil. Place the skewers on the tray and bake it for 15-20 mins

step 5

  • STEP 1.After 15-20 mins flip the skewer and cook the other side for 7-10 mins . Once baked remove it and serve with pepper sauce.
