A yummy pancakes made in cameroonian style. These are Cameroonian pancakes just how I like them - soft, fluffy, sweet and so yum. It is epic, filled with flavor and so good. To take the experience further drizzle some chocolate spread on top and you will be over the moon. The basic ingredients include flour, water, sugar and eggs. That's all. They look like crepes but they are thicker than crepes and they are different from American pancakes.

Ingredients for Cameroonian Pancakes Recipe
- 2 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 Nos eggs
- 1 cup liquid milk see note 1
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 1.50 teaspoon vanilla extract substitute with half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 3 tablespoon Oil

How to Make Cameroonian Pancakes Recipe

In a bowl add flour,sugar,salt and mix.

Then add water, milk, vanilla extract and 2 1/2 tbsp oil.

Crack in eggs and whisk it well.

STEP 01
Add a tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it.

STEP 01
Now gently pour in the batter with a cup/scoop into the pan & cook it.

Cook it for 3-4 mins then flip and fry from the other side as well.

Serve with honey or some chocolate drizzled over it.
