4 cup all purpose flour + 1 cup more for dusting and kneading
5 tablespoon unsalted butter
0.33 cup 0.75 sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Nos large egg
2 cup liquid milk
1 sachet yeast
As required Oil For Frying

STEP 1.In a bowl add milk, yeast, sugar, salt and leave it for 5 mins.

STEP 1.In a pan melt butter and add in into the bowl. Crack in a egg and mix well.
step 3
STEP 1.Add in flour and knead to make a sticky dough. Heat the oven and keep the dough in it only after turning it off.
step 4
STEP 1.Let the dough be in oven until its risen. Once risen make small balls of the dough. Now fry the balls in a pan until brown.
