A very easy mexican recipe of fried shrimp cooked along with onions, garlic and chiptole cream. It can be prepared within few minutes.

Clean the shrimp and set it aside until used.
To a blender add the chipotle pepper,milk,sour cream, salt and blend well into a smooth texture.
In a large skillet melt the butter add the shrimp, salt and cook for 3 mins.
Then add onion, garlic and cook for one min.
Add the chipotle cream sauce to the skillet. Cook for one min and serve.
